Data Asset Advisors is a referral practice led by Amir Fekrazad in San Antonio, Texas. This notice explains how information from this website is handled.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form collects your name, work email, company, optional website, phone and LinkedIn profile, industry, high-level answers about records and licensing rights, and permission to contact you. Please do not provide datasets, confidential documents, patient information, credentials, or other sensitive records.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond, assess potential fit, and discuss next steps. Submitting the form does not authorize us to transfer your data or submit your contact information to data licensing partners. We will ask your permission before making introductions. We may receive compensation for qualifying referrals.

Service providers and disclosures

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and communicate with you. Inquiry notifications may be sent to Amir's business mailbox. We do not sell website inquiry lists or use this form to enroll you in unrelated marketing. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the service.

Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored in a private server-side database. The website removes inquiry records older than 180 days when a new inquiry is processed or the private export tool is run. Follow-up correspondence and records of an ongoing business relationship may be retained separately as needed. Hosting backups and provider logs may have separate retention schedules.

Cookies, logs, and spam prevention

The form uses a first-party session cookie to protect submissions. The server uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for short-term rate limiting; those entries expire after an hour and are cleared during later submission processing. The hosting provider may separately retain routine access and security logs, including IP addresses. This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or embedded social-media widgets. Fonts and the portrait are hosted locally.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry details, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing amir@dataassetadvisors.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required by law. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to text-message marketing.
